Sam was ready to help and got to our house within 15 minutes after our call. He was also very accommodating and invested time and experience to help us fix the problem. As per his recommendation we decided to replace the unit. This was an overall excellent service and we are highly satisfied customers. Lartz heating and Air is the best company in the area, no doubt.

Kenny was our technician and he was outstanding! He was at our house at 10 am till about 7 pm installing a whole new furnace unit. He did a great job, was courteous, found an issue not directly in your realm of responsibility. It was noticeable to me that he knew your company's history with me despite him not being involved in that history. (Very unique issue that you took care of, one of which wasn't even possible for you to predict). That impressed me for the customer service you define your company upon. Thanks gene. Sam represented you well. We'll see if he can sort out your ecrm software to get bills in my preferred format (mail) and narrow down my preferred phone number. That was a minor miss last year despite my expressed preference which allowed me to miss signing back up for your excellent service prosctively, but luckily for me your company reached out and I was able to schedule you same day for a check up! Glad I did but almost missed out due to invoicing coming to emails I never check. I'll be impressed if Sam's reflection of my choices carry forward. That wouldn't be on Sam. But an area I found a crack in your otherwise superb customer service last year.
